Project Arcana

Project Arcana is an ongoing personal exploration devoted to the redesign and tattooing of the 78 tarot cards. Each piece is uniquely reimagined from the Rider–Waite deck, forming part of a singular, evolving tarot and translated into a one-of-a-kind tattoo that will never be repeated.

Rooted in Carl Jung’s theories of the collective unconscious and archetypal symbolism, the project seeks to revive the mystical and ritual origins of tattooing, merging them with personal narrative, artistic exclusivity, and elements of performance art. What emerges is both a symbolic system and a living archive of encounters between image, body, and meaning.

Begun in 2022, during my first year as a tattooer, Project Arcana functions as a shadow archive of my evolution (both technical and artistic) reflecting my growth and evolution over time.
